Is the Epson TM-T82X compatible with Invenova POS?

Yes. The Epson TM-T82X is fully compatible with Invenova POS software. Our team installs the driver, configures the cash drawer port, and tests printing as part of the free setup service.

What paper roll does the Epson TM-T82X use?

The TM-T82X uses 80mm × 80mm thermal paper rolls (standard POS paper). It also supports 57mm paper with the optional 57mm paper guide. We supply compatible paper rolls separately.

Does the TM-T82X have an Ethernet (network) port?

Yes. The TM-T82X has a built-in LAN (Ethernet) port for network printing — ideal for multi-counter setups or printing from a remote computer.

What is the warranty on the Epson TM-T82X?

Invenova provides a 1-year warranty on all Epson printers. This covers manufacturing defects. Physical damage and paper jams are not covered.

Can I use a cash drawer with this printer?

Yes. The TM-T82X has a cash drawer port (RJ11/RJ12). A compatible cash drawer can be connected and triggered to open automatically when a sale is completed in Invenova POS.
